Notes
The table is surprisingly dense. There are really pages with "himjm" for large values of i and j!
For all "hi>5m" in the sample set, Google suggests removing the "m" and adding and "h". This makes more sense when you think of it as a replacement: the suggestion is to change the "m" to an "h".
Like the Aaargh! table, there are high-count islands (such as (25,17)).
